Palmes Advisory Group is seeking to hire an Account Executive to support the client-facing team in delivering the highest quality of advisory services. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional with initial experience in a corporate or family office environment who is eager to develop within a dynamic, international firm. The role requires strong research and communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

The Account Executive will work closely with senior team members, contributing to client projects by preparing briefing materials, conducting research and supporting the delivery of strategic insights. This is a junior role with unique exposure to high-profile clients and complex international engagements.

Our core team consists of professionals with backgrounds in politics, government, finance and consultancy. Palmes Advisory is a uniquely well-connected international advisory group, assisting businesses, UHNWIs and private offices with their strategic objectives across the MENA region, with a special focus on the UK and Gulf. We specialise in positioning, capital formation, market entry, strategic insights and alignment with the region’s long-term development goals.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, motivated and adaptable, with a keen interest in geopolitics and trade. We are looking for someone who is:

Your primary responsibilities would include:

• Preparing high-quality briefing materials and research reports to support client engagements.
• Assisting with the execution of client deliverables.
• Managing and updating internal databases, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information.
• Supporting senior team members in the preparation of presentations and reports.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders as needed, ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups.
• Assisting with ad-hoc projects as required, contributing to the overall success of the team.

Preferred Experience/Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a corporate or private office environment.
• A 2:1 bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Strong research, analytical and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE if not already based there (this requirement is non-negotiable).
