Over the course of a decade, Palmes provided strategic counsel to a Gulf Foreign Ministry and three successive Ambassadors to the United Kingdom – supporting senior diplomatic engagement across government, the private sector and the Royal Household. Our role spanned policy cooperation, strategic positioning and stakeholder alignment across areas including energy, defence, commerce and cultural affairs.

Beyond diplomacy, we have advised ministries, central banks and quasi-sovereign entities on institutional capability-building and international engagement. This has included structuring knowledge partnerships between senior policymakers and their former counterparts in Europe and North America, as well as advising on initiatives requiring nuanced cross-border stakeholder management.

Our experience extends to advising members of Gulf Royal Families, former military and defence leaders, major family offices and UK-based institutional figures – including a hereditary peer engaged in regional philanthropic efforts.

Palmes continues to facilitate trusted engagement between public institutions, strategic investors and private capital across the EMEA region. Our work in this space is defined not by visibility but by the ability to align sovereign priorities with credible private sector partnerships – always grounded in discretion, access and shared strategic intent.
